Hi Toleda. The problem seems finally solved! I wiped out the kexts you told me and tried again but copying AppleHDA.kext directly from the desktop instead of using kextbeast. For some reason when I tried with kextbeast it didn't work. Thanks a lot for your time!

Hi Canyondust, it works only if the device is plugged since boot and powered. The other weird thing is that if you unplug the cable (not unmout the drive) from Usb-C-TB3 if you have something attached to the other USB-C -tb3 (in my case an usb-c drive) it unplugs too. So the solution is not...

Hi Toleda, fixed the problem installing the combo update 10.14.4. Now I see every audio output as usual. The funny thing is that the audio options are in hebraic instead of english ;) I can live with it.

Ok seems to be solved by fixing the OsxAprioFixDrv-64.efi. I found too many entries of this driver inside my EFI. For some reason the old version of clover was more tolerant then the new one.
