can anyone maybe give me a quick fix i just updated my system from el capitan to sierra 10.12.6 i installed my new msi rx 580 8gb card and when it boots i cant see clover from the rx580 i can see it if i connect to the intel hdmi port.. i can however boot into system and and use it via rx580...

So I just decided to just try it out so I booted with out kext and doing that let me boot up I then installed the newest apple alc kext, lilu kext. And then I installed whatevergreen to get my HDMI audio back so happy

Ok IT'S 100% POSSIBLE I'm running the most up to date el capitan and I got it installed as an update yesterday I was on mavericks not I'm on el capitan and still have all my apps and files...best of luck to you ..IT CAN BE DOE LOL
