If i'm correct I am using the latest Beta bios, I recently installed osx again and did it completely via unibeast which is now clover based when you select EFI.
I would advise you to check that and let me know if you need additional help.
Fixed it in the end by doing a fresh re-install of OSX running multibeast and using the macpro 3,1 smbios in combination with the nvidia web drivers.
OSX runs smooth as butter now :)

After fixing the not booting with the nvidia web drivers bug on my GTX 970 another problem showed up.
I have 2 monitors dell u2515H 1440p monitors one is connected via display port ( this one does not turn on ), and the other is connected to the dvi-d port using an dvi to hdmi...

Will try another smbios as well since I read that 6,1 is generally only used with the x99 platform, will give the fix a go and else I will try another SMBIOS.

I'm encountering a problem when using the nvidia web drivers i have 2 dell u2515h 1440p monitors 1 connected trough DP and 1 trough HDMI and the hdmi display only gets 2048x1220 res with the nvidia drivers and with the normal OS X ones it just gives me 1440p on both displays.

Just installed yosemite everything works :D
The only thing is now when i talk into my mic it's over the speakers any way to fix this?
This happens even when i setup the audio dialog to use a port with no thing plugged in it still goes over my speakers.
Try and disconnect the windows drive and see if it boots else its a boot sequence problem.
And asus boards are tricky sometimes.
And else dissconect your windows Hdd.
Reinstall osx
Do the easybeast
unplug macintosh hdd
Reinstall windows
connect macintosh hdd
set boot sequence to boot the ssd...
