    Sorry, I've updated my signature. Im using a 270x, with Big Sur. everything is working, except thunderbolt, using an apple Thunderbolt Display 27 inches. It does work in windows thought.

    Hi, can some one help me? Cant get my thunderbolt ports working on this motherboard. Maybe someone has the same motherboard? Hackindrom doesn't have any z170x aml files. Im using opencore. Ive updated the thunderbolt drivers, but no luck. Heres me EFI-Folders folder.

    Yeah, but that's not a solution. a few guys were able to fix it, in this thread, on iMacs. So there should be a solution for a MacBook too. Buying a chip, with another serial number, is my last resort...

    Ok, I faced the same thing on my MacBook Pro 13. Wanted to reinstall macOS, and by mistake used a clover flash drive, while booting my macbook. Now, it just keeps chime looping. Any suggestions? Tried to detach the screen, but that didn't helped either.

    macOS High Sierra 10.13 Supplemental Update

    Smooth update, to supplement update. Everything is working, including sound. I decided to change my gtx580, to r9 270x(thnx god a had a spare one). And now, I have zero problems. Works obb. I tried to fix the issue I had with gtx 580, 4 days... and no luck. So eventually I gave up.

    If you turn verbose mode on, you'll see... IOConsoleUsers gIOLockScreenState A few of us have this problem... and theres still no solution to this problem.

    I have the same problem... Aaand, nothing helped... Ill try a super clean, on a new ssd... doing it step by step. Maybe ill have some luck that way. Ill let you know.

    Ok, so I have some good news. I was finally able to boot. switching my hdmi output to igpu hd4000. So, the problem, is with the gpu. Ill try to find out what is the problem.

    Hs stuck while booting, with strange message

    Hi, all. Just installed hs, everything went well, but I’m stuck while booting. In verbose mode, this message keeps popping out. And doesn’t boot. Really need your help.
