I checked all the cables and connections, then I switched the cables between the 2 raid sets and tested, then switched the Sata connectors from the motherboard and tested... and got this data...

    Thanks @Edhawk for the interest, response and detailed questions, I will try to answer: 1, 6, 7. Both were created in macOS the same way RAID 0 with Disk Utility App. 3. The 1TB Set that is working on the 0 and 1 Sata ports. The 6TB set that has this problem on the 2 and 3. 4. Not sure how...

    All my ports are working and My USB3 and USBc HDDs Work, I also have 2 internal HDD on RAID that work perfectly. Did you do the USB mapping correctly? Do the Ports were you are plugging the HDDs work (not for power but for DATA?

    I've never had this happen to me, but from I could search online maybe this can help: Go to Misc -> Security -> SecureBootModel and make sure is set to Disabled

    I haven't installed Catalina on any System. The big difference in your case might be the AppleALC kext, you should have the one compatible with your System. The one in my EFI is only for BigSur, and even specifically for Big Sur 11.6

    You were right, I uploaded the wrong EFI sorry:crazy:, I just replaced the correct EFI and Config.plst . The USB Kext replaces the USBInjectAll kext. And in the config.plst you have to change Kernel/Quirks/XhciPortLimit to FALSE After that reset NVRAM and it should work. My 2 front USB-3 ports...

    I Updated to MacOs 11.3.1, and, yes, it breaks the USB ports. I mapped the USBs again and updated the original post (EFI and conf.plst) are updated to OpenCore 0.6.9 and BigSur 11.3.1.

    Maybe is something to do with Creative Cloud maybe?? I had something similar happen but after a Creative Cloud update and login it went away. But I think it can be related to your AMD processor as well.
