I believe I've solved it - CSM support was ENABLED in BIOS. Disabling it got all 4 of my monitors working.

So in a quest to figure this out more, it appears that 1) disabling onboard LAN does not disable the built in wifi/bluetooth, and 2) my bluetooth is configured to go through the onboard setup, not the Fenvi card. Very strange.

I'll poke around. Do you think this is causing the bandwidth issues?

There's not a way to disable just the onboard wifi thru BIOS (that I can find at least). I tried disabling the onboard LAN completely but the only thing that works when I do that is the wifi card - the 10GbE card doesn't show up.

Spoke too soon :( The issue I'm having now is that the setup is not working with multiple monitors plugged in. PCI Bandwidth issue? I have the 10GbE card in my PCI x4 slot (the GPU is in PCI x16 and the wifi card is PCI-E x1)
