macOS 11.6.2 Update

Today Apple released macOS 11.6.2 Update, a major software update to macOS Big Sur. Update any supported system using the built-in Software Update functionality through the macOS System Preferences pane.

What we know about the 11.6.2 Update so far...

• macOS Build 20G314
• Updated graphics, audio drivers
• Install macOS Big Sur App has been updated - If you downloaded macOS Big Sur from the App Store prior to today, and you want to have the latest version on your backup installer USB, simply log into the Mac App Store and click Download. The updated Install macOS Big Sur App can be found in the Applications folder.

Update went smoothly from System Preferences>Software Update. Rebooted a number of times. MacOS 11.6.1 to 11.6.2 with OpenCore 0.73.

Same here (11.6.1 to 11.6.2 without problem) but with OpenCore 0.6.7.

Updated to 11.6.2 without failure. 3 Restarts if I remember it correctly.
Used the built-in Software Update functionality through the macOS System Preferences pane.

Perfect update using Software Update.
Updated to open core 0.7.5 before system update.

The update went as smooth as my original MacBook Pro.
Haven't updated neither OC, neither the kexts.
Audio, Bluetooth and everything else works as expected.

The update went without issue using Software Update. Downloading, preparing, and three reboots later I was good to go using Clover r5142.

Smooth update for my Lenovo Z580 laptop (IvyBridge) from Software Update.
Updated Safari first.
Clover r5139, Whatevergreen v1.5-4, Lilu v1.5-6, AppleALC v1.6-5.
Everything working as before.

All good here. SMB shares are connecting much faster. Boot time seems shorter as well.
