I have a new problem, I tried to update to Mavericks 10.9.5 from 10.9 but now I can´t boot into OS X.
I tried adding a "xpcm-free" kernel using MacDisk on a Windows partition from the same HDD, also I used Disk Utility from the USB installation media to repair permissions of the Mavericks partition but when I boot it, it gets stuck in the apple logo.
Any ideas of what could I do?

You should not copy a replacement kernel...

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Hi, I reinstalled the system with Clover UEFI and now I´m on OS X 10.9.4, which it's ok for me. In clover I'm injecting the IDs of HD 4400 graphics and MacBook Pro 11,2 Hashwell SMBIOS but I'm not sure of how to make the graphics work correctly, it says "Intel HD 4400 4 Mb". I know that these graphics are supossed to work natively but I can't figure what is the problem.

Thank you for all the assistance, I had always used chameleon with my installs but Clover seems to be more easy to use.

If you don't have QE/CI working with HD4400, you're using the wrong config.plist. Read the guide I linked carefully.

I'm using config_HD4200_4400_5xxx.plist for Mavericks 10.9.4 in EFI/Clover folder. The system appears as a MacBook Air but the graphics still say "Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4400 4 MB".
I tried installing
FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_HD4600_HD4400.kext in /System/Library/Extensions and in the kext folder of Clover but there are no changes.

The file must be named config.plist.

The file must be named config.plist.
I know, it is. I know that it is loading beacuse I changed the theme and the boot timeout in that file.
