NVIDIA Releases Alternate Graphics Drivers for 10.10.0 (343.01.01) with 'Maxwell' GeForce GTX 970 an

Can you open up the console application and see what error's it is throwing?
 
So the errors I was talking right above are actually all linked to these Channel exception! Exception type = 0xd Graphics Engine Error (GR Exception Error) errors. When googling them it seems that these happened for some nvidia cards, even on real macs, but I can't find some solid workaround. Any idea for the 970 ?

Yes, I'm running a GTX970, and 10.10.1 web drivers, and it's very stable. I only use the DP, as the HDMI port works, but the display is not as good as the DP. I was able to get the HDMI to display 2560x1440, but again the DP is just better, so that's what I went with. Very pleased with what I've got. Very stable, even though the nVidia web drivers are pretty new, actually.

Anyone know what this latest driver fixes? I don't think I am getting the best performance out of my gtx970.
 
I'm getting constant crashes back to the login screen on both the f01 drivers and the new f03 driver. This happens right after I log back in after it was locked. Anyone else experiencing this issue or have any ideas? (I have a EVGA GTX 980)

I think changing the SMBIOS solved that for me... I'm not 100% certain since it's only been one week. I have the Gigabyte GTX 970, and I had these crashes with MacPro 3,1 and one of the iMacs 12 (Preview also crashed). Since I'm using MacPro 5,1 all seems good, but the crashes weren't systematic in the first place.

I am cloning my drive before I attempt this, right now. I will update tonight and report. I have no issues currently with my setup (gtx970).

EDIT: Applied update and restarted. No Issues.
