Dual displays menu and hard drives on wrong sides

I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem withYosemite displaying the dock and HD's on the far right screen and saying that the right screen is display1 when it should be number 2? during boot it is correct.

Set it up correctly in Preferences->Display
