Yosemite Installation on Asrock z97 extreme4 works perfect with unibeast !

Do you have bios settings for this board? I have the same board from a build I previously made and am preparing to install OSX. Couldn't find anything online about the hackintoshing the board.

I'd appreciate knowing the steps you went through too, I have the Z97e, and I can't get the Yosemite install to boot on its own without the usb. I'm assuming the UEFI config is pretty similar.

Can you tell me how you were able to do this? I've been struggling with this for so long

I was able install Yosemite on my build.

My specs are:

Motherboard: Asrock z97 extreme4
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K
SSD: Kingston V300 120GB

I used Unibeast to make my USB OS X installer. I was able to install Yosemite onto the SSD. But I can only boot from the Unibeast USB installer.

Finally, I used Clover for my bootloader and was able to boot from my SSD. But now I'm having problem with my display.
Does any one here have the same experience?
