Stop sign Clover Install

Hi all,

When installing clover, I can get past the first screen. It then appears with the black screen with the apple logo. It then gets about half way through the bar before it becomes a stop sign. If anyone could help it would be a great help thanks.

Boot with -v to produce a verbose boot to see what the OS is hanging on.
(Press space bar to enter the boot key.

You could also try a -f or -x to see if it boots?

take a picture of the text and post up here?

When you see Clover's boot screen click on the gear icon, select PCI devices and hit enter on both USB Injection and USB Ownership, click on return and boot from your USB installer.

Well Clover's installer offers plenty of options, its trial and error till you find what works for you, did you prepare your installer properly as suggested in the guide? Kexts in clover's kexts folder, config file, setting correct clover settings prior installing to the usb? And your error indicates that usb injection is not working which should have been sorted after enabling it from clover. I ran through the exact same issue and fixed it by enabling Ownership + Injection.

Actually having read that there was no 10.10 folder in kexts so I had to make one is that normal or is that not correct

You can also rename 10.9 to 10.10, repeat the guide steps because missing out on one thing can lead to hours of troubleshooting something that could have been avoided.
