No Sound - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Hello. Thanks to you for all the hard work you've done. I hope you can help me out.

I get devices in the System Prefs, but all I hear in my headphones is a heartbeat-like rhythm. When I select Internal Speakers and play a sound the noise stops, and there's no sound. The output device also changes from Internal Speakers to Headphones.

Yosemite 10.10/GA-Z77-DS3H/F9/Intel Core i5-3570K/ATI Radeon HD 6870

Used the native kernel and then ran audio-RealtekALC-100. Didn't use legacy.

IOReg shows no audio devices. Attach an IOReg that shows audio devices you asking about.

I'm not sure how to navigate IOReg. They are appearing in the System Preferences, so I'm not sure what determines if they appear in IOReg. I've tried IOJones to see if it gives similar results.

Hi Toleda, your help much appreciated, here the Problem reporting information:

1) No sound device shows in Audio panel in System Preferences.
2) Yosemite, Asus P8 H67M LX Bios: 2.00.1201, 2/11/2011, B3 7.0.4.1197
3) Your guide, with DSDT and ALC 887 selected (legacy)

6) Not installed

9) Attached
10) N/A i´ve used Chameleon.

iTunes/Headphones/motherboard green port/no sound?
Attach IOReg with iTunes playing to connected headphones.
