Installation went completely fine however when I try to boot for the first time I always get the mach_kernel error.

Can't find S/L/K/mach_kernel

Ive tried everything to fix this and I'm using Unibeast 5.0.1

Any help would be immensely appreciated!! Been stuck on this for hours!

try and boot to the USB from the bios boot selection and not chimera, this is how I got rid of that error.

Same issue here. If I boot from USB I am able to get it up and running properly but I'd rather not boot from USB everytime.

Same here. Have verified the boot plist does not have the kernel reference on the USB stick, my upgraded maverick to yosemite SSD and a freshly installed HD and all have the same issue.

When I only use the verbos flag -v this is what I get. Anyway of solving this?

I had the same problem. The way I fixed it was to reset the BOIS. Then made changes as recommended by the installation guide.
I set the UBS-HDD as the first drive to boot from. Used the UniBeast Usb to boot the installed Yosemite, which now worked. Opened up MultiBeast, click the quick start button, then easyBeast (which I did not do the first time), then check my correct audio driver, then the build button, after MultiBeast done it thing, I rebooted and now everything works.
