i also get stuck after the kexts are loaded, manually loading FakeSMC doesn't work, i don't get that far...

Also i get an error message "Unsynchronized TSC for CPU x..."

But the VoodoTSC is installed and gets loaded as far as i know...

Last Log is "PCI configuration Begin", after that nothing more happens


I'm also running an Gigabyte UD4 and 5820k

Stinga11 wrote a patch kernel somewhere on the web.

One of the patch changed on yosemite. I post on another forum the new patch. search with google. Good luck for everyone.

Sorry for the confusion- those same patches had worked again previously. Can someone link the new patch and I'll change the OP.

EDIT: Changed patch #2- patch info by Stinga11. Now working. :thumbup:

but some users (like me) tried this patch but it seems doesn't work. always PCi configuration begin

Works fine- just use VoodooTSC and npci=0x2000.

i'm changing usb key to see..

Edit: not working. :(
i used many bootflags, i used differents usb 2 ports & usb 3, i used different usb key, i stoped overclok to stock cpu.
