I have my Hackintosh working great now, only issue is in Photoshop lag is very bad when selecting things etc. I didn't know why it was lagging so bad. I am disappointed how much money is in the system and it isn't as fast on the Mac side of the dual boot as I would like. My build is in Signature

Consider sharing your OCB.plist, and what system definition you have in smbios.plist.

Are you using Nvidia's drivers or the Apple drivers? Have you monkeyed with BIOS/EFI settings for CPU clocks or power management?

Have you disabled the onboard graphics ?

I found this page quite informative.

Good Luck

So in the Motherboard Bios I should disable Integrated Graphics? I installed Cuda Drivers and they are updated to the latest version. I am booting GraphicsEnabler No too. When i boot with that flag then i get My GPU to display how much memory it has in About this mac. Without that I get a 0MB instead of 2048. I have 760 Windforce 2GB as well.

I will share My OCB on Monday when I am back at the computer. I am currently using Mac Pro 3,1 and I havent changed anything in the BIOS/EFI settings, what would be some things there that I would need to mess with? What other drivers besides CUDA should I install? Are there OpenCL drivers or something or something like Nivida Experience? And I have heard about the power management drivers, which ones should I look at installing? I would have to use like kext beast to install those though correct? not Mulitbeast?

Yes

I am booting GraphicsEnabler No too.

GraphicsEnabler No does nothing - The correct syntax is GraphicsEnabler=No.

Consider changing your System Definition to iMac14,2 too.

Good Luck

I had GraphicsEnabler=No. Just typing Wayy to fast on my phone. Anyways I will try switching to IMac system def, what would it do? What does the system change besides about Mac picture?

What does the system change besides about Mac picture?

Many things including power management and it will be more optimised towards your hardware.

I saw a thread that recommended using an iMac System Definition with the GTX 760 and it worked much better for me than the MacPro3,1.

That said, the MacPro3,1 is the System Definition that will work trouble free for most users and is therefore the default.
If you experience issues with any other System Definition revert to MacPro3,1.

Good Luck

I changed my system definition to IMac 41,2 . No kernel panics or anything seems alright for now. I noticed something though in the About Me and I didn't worry about it before. It said my i5 was only running at 800mhz. I downloaded GeekBench to confirm and it is correct only 798mhz. That cannot be right it runs fine when running Windows 8. Is there a power management Kext i forgot or is there something else i need to install? Or is something to do with an Apple kext?
