How to Install OS X Mavericks using Clover

I'm having a problem booting from the USB flash drive on a motherboard GA-Z87X-UD5H. I had a bad usb flash drive. I just got a new one today everything works fine. Great work on Clover.

I have your same mb and I think your same problem. I'm able to install with -x and cpus=1, but after the installation of multibeast I'm unable to start mavericks. Can you tell me how I can solve this problem? My system hangs on AppleKeyStore starting

Hello, I have question about installing Clover bootloader. Can i add some drivers from "UEFI64bit", because I don't have UEFI motherboard (Gigabyte X58A-OC).

So what is your recommendations for install? Thanks.

After iMessage giving me a hard time I decided to finally move to Clover and hopefully make life a bit easier.
All is working fine now except for the syslog showing the following every 30sec:

26/09/14 12:50:43,000 kernel[0]: Standby delay is not specified! Defaulting to 0x1068
26/09/14 12:50:43,000 kernel[0]: ErP Timer is not specified! Defaulting to 0x3840

Any idea what might be causing this and how to fix?

clover boot loader doesn't work for me its rubbish on all of my machines chameleon works the best - clover causes anything but issues for me

After dealing with UniBeast for over a week, first attempt and it is installing as we speak....

In Step 2 and Step 4 of this guide you mention to download the latest Clover (currently v2k_r2916)
For me, downloading this latest version, breaks HD4600 graphics. (on ga-h97m-d3h)

Although Clover v2k_r2890 works just fine. I thought this would be worth mentioning in case someone else experiences same sort of troubles.

edit:
As of today I tried version v2k_r2936 which does the trick again, no problems with that one so far.

I just recently got Clover up and running on my GA Z87X-UD7-TH using UEFI. Everything seems to work fine except one last bit I can't shake out: The startup disk value doesn't get saved to nvram. Everything else gets saved to nvram between reboots just fine without the use of EmuVariableUefi. But for some reason the efi-boot-device and efi-boot-device-data variables do not. Whenever I reboot, Clover doesn't automatically choose my startup drive. It does pick up other settings.

Anyone have any ideas?
