If I was having all these issues.. I would do the following:

do a clean install of mavericks and use the 6.1 multibeast and install everything from that and once your system works.. use the new MB to update the audio..

try this..

I am having a problem with this particular mainboard. When I boot up the installer, it goes through the verbose part just fine but then became stuck at the grey screen with a spinning beach ball. I have tried various BIOS, including UEFI and F10 BIOS, still no luck. I have tried enabling AHCI, turning off Virtualization, -v -x PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No and still no luck. My specs is pretty standard:

Mainboard: GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 UEFI U1C BIOS
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz
VGA: nVidia GTX660
SSD: Corsair Force GT3

So I have no idea why it's not working. If you can help that would be great! Thanks

What CPU? CPU is very important if you are using UniBeast, Clover bootloader is more flexible, like my E3-1225 V2 CPU cannot boot up using UniBeast but Clover is ok

10.9.5 Works fine on Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3 [Downloaded combo update and installed]
-Repair permissions first either using “kext utility tool” or type following command in terminal “sudo disktuil repairPermissions /“ without quotes
-Install combo update
-Update will auto install and Reboot PC
-install audio kext ALC889 DSDT FREE
-Re Enable TRIM on SSD
-RE- Repair permissions again first either using “kext utility tool” or type following command in terminal “sudo disktuil repairPermissions /“ without quotes

The sound did not work after the upgrade 10.9.5
Used this method and it worked :headbang:
1. Download MultiBeast-Mavericks-Edition-6.1.0
2.

3.Reboot PC
Profit :)

It is a pity that there is no screenshots Boot.plist. As an example for new users

And suggest other users to show their screenshots Boot.plist

This actually fixed my audio issues after sleep. Used mac mini definition, used multibeast 6.1 for audio. Then I was having graphics issues (I'm using the nvidia drivers and not the OSX drivers) though these are only intended for the Mac Pro. So after installing I reverted back to Mac Pro definition 3,1 and the audio comes back after sleep!
