Toleda, I follow your guide and everything works fine, but I cant connect my bluetooth headset. The microphone doesn't work, if I select it (preference panel, audio input) i got a spinning wheel.

On my macbook pro, it works fine.

I think the reason is a different device configuration on Intel High Definition Audio. See the screenshot above:

external-headset.jpg

On my macbook I have External Microphone / iPhone Headset defined (System Information -> audio) but in my hackintosh It changes to Line Output and maybe this is the cause of my headset cant have mic enable.

BTW, HDMI audio and ALC862 works fine, this is something about pin configuration on Intel HDA.

Can you help me with this?

I cant connect my bluetooth headset.
Bluetooth audio does not use Intel High Definition Audio. You have a bluetooth problem.
Regarding pinconfigs, native hardware combines the input and output jacks into the same port (4 conductor). No desktop motherboard uses that connector; input and output are separate devices.

I use the GMYLE dongle you suggest, and it works fine except for audio mic (headset). I can set all BT audio speakers and headphones (output only) but none of BT audio input like headsets or mics.

ALC892 is fine, appleHDA looks fine, have HDMI audio on GTX 660, have airplay (IGPU enable as secondary), but i cant ever (even before all the paches) connect the bt headset.

Hi

I have just completed my first build:
B85M-HD3
i3 4330
and making use of HDMI port connected to my TV

But i do not have any audio on my audio out devices listed on mavericks i only see my apple tvs and no internal audio devices.

I have read through the
Mavericks: HDMI Audio - AppleHDA [Guide] but do not know which method to use. So just need some guidance on the best what to start getting the audio working.

Thanks in advance.

Toleda,

I've read through the first post and have come to understand that in order to have HDMI audio, I would have to edit my DSDT along with the AppleHDA or AppleHDAController kexts. Not quite sure how to get to the next step of adding HDEF and HDAU to my DSDT if I keep getting errors when trying to compile my DSDT using MaciASL. Could you please advise on how I can correct DSDT errors and where I would insert the HDEF/ HDAU into my DSDT? I have attached my ioreg, DSDT and screenshot of DPCIManager.

Thank in advance for your help!

Regards,
mrintegra

Build Specs:
Lenovo M91p SFF w/ Core i7-2600
nVidia GT 640 OEM
Onboard ALC662

Looks like you are flying blind. The answers are not in Post #1, however, links take you the answers.

I feel even more blind at the moment since don't have onboard HDMI plus I have only HD2000 built in. What guide should I follow at this point for the nVidia GT 640 HDMI? Thanks again for your help toleda.
