Dell inspiron 3521 ,,, black screen

Here is a picture of my laptops Hardware Dell 3521- Hardware Info.jpg here is a larger picture am not sure it confusing what Processor i have ?
 
Hey [RehabMan] will MAC OS X LEOPARD 10.5.......X versions work on my laptop, as Leopard is an old OS X version, if not thank you for the support i always wanted to get a mac but they are to pricey, so installing it on a Windows based laptop/Desktop PC ?

Am so intregued in getting mac OS X either way.
