Thanks for the updated .zip and the kext tip. I appreciate you time. So far everything is working well. I am trying to figure on the Power management step since we dont have the same CPU. I will read the thread you provided.

Great looking build! I have been planing a similar build but with a Xeon and AMD graphics. Do iTunes HD videos directly purchased (or Trailers) from the store work with your Hackintosh?

Its been an ongoing problem for allot of IvyBridge and Haswell users. I'm hoping the lack of IGPU fixes that issues.

Again great build man!

Thanks,

are you talking about a HDCP problem? I do get that when trying to play something I've downloaded from iTunes directly. But if I convert it from .mv4 to .mp4 using handbrake.app I have no problem watching them in iTunes or Quicktime. For some reason it thinks my monitors are not HDCP compliant when they are and they worked just fine in windows 7 when I was running that OS.

Thanks for the tutorial Farcry, here is my results. I am just having trouble with sleep but all is well.

View attachment DSDT.aml DSDT.aml I had a friend of mine make it for me. It fixed my front usb 2.0 ports on the board.I had sleep working before I was using a DSDT, I just don't use sleep anymore after it fudged up one of my usb 3.0 storage drives.(my fault I didn't eject the drive before sleeping).

I just usually let the monitors sleep since PowerManagement works now i don't really see a huge power draw at 1.2ghz. (21.85 watts)

Thanks for your post that I can build OS X 10.10.5 on my R4G with i7-3960X successfully!
Here is my benchmark in overclock to 4.2Ghz.
Just one more thing, the monitor will be off as the system startup to enter login screen with MacPro 6.1 in SMBios. So I should to use iMac 13.2 config.

Just use the AGDPfix.app from Shiloh. You will need to use the boot flag nv_disable=1 to run the fix. then you just reboot with out that flag.
Or you can use Alpha_pikers clover patch https://pikeralpha.wordpress.com/2015/11/23/patching-applegraphicsdevicepolicy-kext/

Thanks. AGDPfix.app works well and my system is running in MacPro 6.1 now.
Another thing is my CPU indicated for unknown CPU in system info. I thought it would be in wrong type. Speed step works well even in overclock yet.
