Try injecting ig-platform:
IGPlatformID=0a260006 IGPEnabler=Y GraphicsEnabler=N dart=0 -v

I'm assuming your laptop does not have nvidia...
 
I do have a NVIDIA GEFORCE sticker on the laptop but thats all it says.
 
should I still try injecting it?

Provide screen shot of DPCIManager->PCI List.

If you have nvidia, you must remove the nvidia kexts (NV*, Geforce*).
 
i'm sorry for sounding really dumb, but where is DPCIManager->PCI List so I can screen shot it?
 
ok so how can I put the DPCIManager on the laptop if Mavericks wont load up?

Boot with flags:
IGPEnabler=N GraphicsEnabler=N -x -v -f UseKernelCache=N dart=0
 
awesome that worked, I guess its booted in safe mode, but is there not a Mavericks version of DPCIManager?
