I decided to do a fresh install of 10.9. The installation process was a breeze no problems but now when booting up post-installation I hang on:


DRMStatus: iTunes/Apple Store Content Access Problem. Content playback may be disabled on this computer. You can Continue to use the machine, but you should contact an Apple support representative. ErrorCode: 8877652


When booting into Safe Mode I get the same message but i'm still able to get pass it and login.

What did you select in the ProBook Installer?

Why MacBookPro8,2 for Ivy CPU?
 
For some reason when I had 10.8 it was one of the few models I could use with a kernel panic. It may be due to my CPU being an engineering sample.

I believe I chose:

>OS X support kexts
>6x70b/8x70p support kexts
>DSDT generator/patcher
>ProBook model
>4x40s/6x70b/8x70p Ivy
>Fan behavior
>Quiet fan patch
>Display type
>High-resolution screen
>Misc OS X fixes
>Sleep fix
>Sleep image fix

I did the SSDT myself and the smbios.plist

OS X does not support ES/QS CPUs.

Damn really? Okay thanks for your time. I had 10.8.0 working smooth a few months ago but than I lost QE/CI and went back to Windows.

Is there any way to turn off laptop screen to use external monitor only? Can i use any command?

My question is about 8470p. I would like to install Windows 7 in Virtualbox. Can I boot Mavericks if I enable virtualization in BIOS?
 
All about 6x70b &amp; 10.9

OS X still works with virtualization enabled.
