yes, the 13A603.

I downloaded 10.9.1 from here posted link.

BTW, kind of wrong to have HD3000 and MacBookPro9,2...

What are your detailed specs? Is your signature correct? Why MBP9,2??

Make sure to update your profile or signature to accurately reflect the computer you have if you have a 4540s or something...???

from Apple,
http://supportdownload.apple.com/do...oads/031-1970.20131219.P4rT5/OSXUpd10.9.1.dmg

I did Upgrade now direct from App Store, rebooted and it worked, now I have 10.9.1

It is probably the wrong download (can't tell from that download as you didn't provide the page which linked it). There is two 10.9.1 updates. One for the (latest) retina and one for non-retina.

BTW, your smbios is still wrong for your hardware... That is something you might want to look into.

I did change it from 8,2 to 9,x to see if will work, will change back to 8,2 or is there bettter option.

Strange think happened now, my SondSticks (USB) don't work, is gone from Sound->Output and in Console I get:

28/12/13 20:40:01,000 kernel[0]: USBF: 399.692 The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in. It will keep retrying. (Port 2 of Hub at 0x1d100000)
