Will this Hackintosh work?

I am considering buying these parts for building my first Hackintosh:

Intel Core i7-4770K
ASUS Z87-PRO (V EDITION)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600 (PC3 12800)
Samsung 840 Pro Series 256 GB SSD
Seagate Constellation ES ST1000NM0011 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Seagate Barracuda ES.2 ST3250310NS 250GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s (from current PC)
MSI NX8800GTS 512M OC GeForce 8800GTS (from current PC)
PC Power and Cooling 750W Power Supply (from current PC)

I'm also wanting to dual boot this with Windows 7. Would that be possible?

Win7 is exactly the same process as Win8.
