I have Core i5-2410. What is this ES/QS ?

Engineering Sample/Quality Sample. Sample chips that Intel sends out early in the development/testing of the CPU to OEMs for testing/demo. If you bought your laptop used, it could have one of these chips in it. Windows works with these chips but not OS X. You can use a program like CPU-Z on Windows to verify.

Otherwise, please provide more details on your 4530s configuration. For example, have you replaced the screen with a 1080p screen? Or, do you have AMD Radeon and have forgot to disable it in BIOS?

My computer is brand new; now i have about 2 years success installed 10.8.4. Everything works well with guides from tonymacx, but i have only problem with Maverics. My copy of Maverics is retail version from MacAppStore.

My tech spec:
Intel Core i5-2430m
6GB DDR3
Intel HD3000
stock screen
Realtek RTL8168E/8111E lan,wlan
1st HDD - Ocz Vertex SSD 128GB with mountain lion 10.8.4
2nd HDD - Seagate Barracuda 750GB with 2 partition - 1st for win7, 2nd for Time Capsule, all perfect working with dual boot.

Here is my screen from cpuz:

Try re-creating your USB. Make sure you're using the latest Unibeast. Make sure to erase the target volume on the USB prior to running Unibeast. Use a USB2 port, not USB3 if possible. Use an 8GB USB flash, if possible. If you only have a larger one, be sure to create only an 8GB partition. Try different brand/model of USB flash.

HD3000 ProBook 4x30s should boot without any boot flags.

Also, make sure you're giving it enough time to boot. The Mavericks installer is much, much slower to come up than ML/Lion/SL.

I'll try and post results here.

Thx for now :)

I Have the same problem before, what I did by suggestion of another member was plug the computer to HDTV via HDMI and I was be able to boot the Unibeast.
