Compatibility i5 4430 without graphic card?

I've been looking around the forum, some says yes others no, could anyone tell for sure. My question is : is the i5 4430 on board graphic compatible with os without an addition of a graphic card?

No, HD2500 is troublesome, better to stay away from it.

It's ok lol i should have said 4th generation i5 4430 haswell
then the i5 4570 its perfectly fine also since its 4600 too right? just wanna double check before i spend the money. ANd thank you for your responses
