I also see that you have not selected SSDT in any of your screenshots.

I have the same problem here too Mr ReHab. I have boot with DSDT=No then in the probook installer i choose:
+ OS support kexts : 4x30s support kext
+ DSDT generator/patcher -> Probooks model: 4x30/6x60b kexts . Optional patches: atheros 9285 patch
+ SSDT generator
It still have no sound. In system settting it can't detect any sound device too

Here my IOReg Mr.Rehab

I don't know why i can't attach it, may be i dont' have enough post ?

Your DSDT was not created with the ProBook Installer, or was done with incorrect selections (there is no graphics injection). You should regenerate it. See the sticky guide, look for the section on BIOS Updates/Hardware Upgrades and follow the instructions.

Also, you may have an HDA "Enabler" installed. Check for it and remove any that you find.

Otherwise, consider a fresh install following the sticky guide at the top of this forum.

Thank you Mr.RehabMan ... Thank you so much :D

I am also having trouble with my 4530s not recognizing the built in soundcard. It recognizes my airplay but that is the only output. And I have 0 input options.

I have tried deleting the extra.dsdt and reinstalling from probookinstaller 6.1.9. With no success.

I have attached an updated IOregistry
