Use the latest version of MultiBeast to install your audio drivers (which includes installing a patched version of AppleHDA.kext for 10.8.5).

I Updated directly via Software Updater (appStore) No problem at all. Everything fine.
System: Hackintosh
OS: Mountain Lion 10.8.5
Boot loader: Chimera v2.2.0
CPU: Intel i7 960 (3.30GHz) Quad-Core
MB: Gigabyte x58a-ud3r r2 (Bios FF)
Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTS 450 OC (1GB) DDR5
Official GPU Driver Version: 8.16.74 310.40.00.10f02
nVidia CUDA Driver Version: 5.5.25
Ram: Corsair 6GB DDR3 (1600mhz)
HD: Intel SSD 520 Series 240GB
Monitor: Sony Bravia 1920 x 1080 - (42 Zoll)

To those that are using the nVidia Web Drivers, don't now why you use it, as the original Apple GeForce drivers works like a charm.

Cheers

Hrmm. Problems for me.
Rebooted fine after update. Reapplied DSDT and ALC 889. Now hangs right after the sanboxing and PCI loading part (as keyboard and mouse come on). Single user, safe and verbose all did nothing. h67ma-ud2h-b3.

Guess one thing I'm not 100% clear on is, for an update like this, should I be doing the non-dsdt version of the drivers, and not redoing, or doing the DSDT versions without it, or continue as I have and redoing both? I got borked on 10.8.3 doing the non-dsdt version so I've been doing it this way since.

Anywho, any ideas? Gonna go get my flash drive (course I figured this one would go clean and left it at work, which is close) and hope it boots under unibeast and see if I can clean it up there.

Still doesn't fix the bluetooth issues. Will have to have a proper investigation tomorrow but it I'm still getting unable to pair device...

I had the same problem, now it is solved: I have deleted the preference file "/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist" and Rebooted. "Et voilà" : Everything worked, my mouse is mighty again. ;-)

Code:
sudo rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist

For those who have problems with Bluetooth (device not found/not pairing/etc.), try this.

1. In Terminal enter this:
Code:
sudo rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
2. Reboot
3. Pray
4. Open the Bluetooth Preference Panel and look/pair the bluetooth devices
