FAQ for Mountain Lion on HP Probook

Did you download the installer today?
thanks ... Yes, the previous problem was solved by downloading again and install(probook installer)., But there is a new problem .... USB ports are disabled!:banghead: what do i do.now?

Hey I went to the link that you were given, but I did not understand what the problem. will be resolved in the next version of Probook Installer?

Probably, but for now we need people to test it. If you follow the links you'll find an updated GenericUSBXHCI.kext. I can't test on my ProBook 4530s as I have no USB3.

Unzip it and install the kext with Kext Wizard. Repair permissions & rebuild cache (Kext Wizard) is never a bad idea. Reboot and test.
Excuse me what is it?(Kext Wizard)

It is a tool to deal with kexts. Installing them, repairing permissions, etc. It is included in the ProBook Installer. For more information use google.
