3770K, Z77-UD5H, GTX 670. Backed up with CCC, updated to 10.8.5. Everything works like a charm.

Update worked a treat after the App Store SU. Just had to reenable trim enabler (I dont bother with audio updates because I am using a cinema display and sound works fine through the USB port). When I want real qulaity sound I just use my USB powered MM-1's.

yeah I'm having the same issue. No Audio even after running MultiBeast....

Same for me. I did my update via the software updater. Everything's working fine, even the BT, but no sound at all. Tried to install with Multibeast 5.4.3, installation went fine (without DSDT ACL887), but still no sound.

Anyone has a clue for that ?

I'm getting installation failed from using the combo updater provided above. I've tried to repair permissions and everything, and it says that some of them will not be repaired. Haven't tried through the app store yet.

I had the same problem. Afterwards I ran multibeast and the install of that failed as well. For some reason the entire process left the GraphicsEnabler=Yes when my video card needs it set to no. I booted into safe mode and changed the boot option via vi and was able boot my machine. The OS version shows that it's been upgraded. I still can't successfully run multibeast and I'm afraid to try the upgrade again. I hope that the machine is stable!

Wish I had some error messages to post!

I had the same problem and solved it by installing an updated version of AppleHDA.kext

Can't load past Mountain Lion boot in Chimera. Install from USB went fine with GTX760 installed. Tried npci=0x2000, npci=0x3000, and GraphicsEnabler=No. With GTX760 hangs on [PCI Configuration begin] and with graphic card completely removed I get panic errors.
