ML: UEFI HDMI audio, no dsdt edits

Status

Started with a fresh install after old build wouldn't generate native DSDT.aml file tried null=dsdt was not successful. HDMI audio is not functioning tried several variations of patches and other method with ssdt-1. Noticed in patched dsdt some odd verbage at the beginning. what am i missing?

Both dsdts have HDMI audio edits, wrong. the command is DSDT=Null, not null=dsdt. The TV is still plugged into the wrong HDMI motherboard HDMI connector.

Thank you again friend.

Works if I remove the DSDT from extra or boot with DSDT=null. Terminal and MaciASL both generate a dsdt.aml file with HDMI edits...I am unable to generate a native DSDT.

Code:
bdmesg
Customizing SystemID with : 90022b03-3404-df05-ff06-d90700080009
ACPI table not found: DSDT.aml
Read HFS+ file: [hd(0,2)/Extra/SSDT.aml] 1375 bytes.
Read HFS+ file: [hd(0,2)/Extra/SSDT-1.aml] 428 bytes.
ACPI table not found: SSDT-2.aml
FADT: ACPI Restart Fix applied!
RSDT: Added 2 SSDT table(s)

Starting Darwin x86_64
Boot Args: boot-uuid=3246D055-E775-3F7B-A84C-F74459EAAF93 rd=*uuid darkwake=10

Works!

How do I make a native DSDT w\o these hdmi edits?

attached is the DSDT terminal and maciasl generate with hdmi edits even when booted with DSDT=null and no DSDT in extra folder

This was sooooooo easy, thanks Toleda! I spent an hour reading, re-reading the instructions and 15 mins on the install. No glitches, very nice indeed.

Toledo: Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My only issue:
I'm using a Gigabyte U5TH (OS X 10.8.4) which has HD4000 and I have a NVIDIA GTX 670.
The HDMI audio now works thanks to your genius (I'm using the Graphics cards' HDMI out) - except that iTunes still won't play any HD content. Screen remains black.
Is this a known issue? Not patch-related? Do I need to run the HDMI out from the motherboard itself? Is there a trick...?
Please advise...

Thanks again, I had seen that thread before, except of course that iTunes worked previously (before 11.0.2) on this Hackintosh, and that even SD content is now no longer playing. Which means Apple actually put in security measures to ensure that you cannot watch the content you paid for if looked at from non-Apple equipment. I thought it was about HDMI equipment - but it clearly isn't. So it is not about protecting content but about Apple's walled garden madness. So I can't buy any video content on iTunes anymore... their problem, not mine. (Streaming works, by the way... so I can stream from my Hackintosh onto my Macbook and watch it there. Except my Macbook doesn't have an HD display. It's all ridiculous.)

One more Q though:
Can I put my property injection list back in? I liked my previous settings and layout... or is that impossible with a DSDT?

Thanks again,
A

You can do whatever you want with your system. No idea what the result you will get.

It works!! Thank you!
