How can i increase vram? Now i have 384MB ,is there a way to upgrade?
I got it from the original 384MB to 512MB by messing with the platform-id and AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext... But in my case that was just a side effect of making the DisplayPort to work. It is possible, i would say yes... it is worth it, not really sure.

It's good to know. 01660003 it's the only platform I was able to use on my 4540S

For us only 01660004 worked, but we moved that LVDS to 01660008.

I've increased my RAM to 8GB and the VRAM didn't change.
Does it have to do something with my dsdt.aml on my usb(installer)?

Can you attach your DSDT, and tell me if you still use the original AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext or u changed it?
Do you have a HDMI display/TV to connect your notebook to and does it work?

I found a way to change your VRAM at will, how much u want it?

Somebody else has patched my dsdt.aml. The result you can find page 2 thread #11 in attached file 4740s.zip

Probably AR9485, and not compatible. What are the PCI vendor/device-ids? You can see them in DPCIManager or Linux 'lspci -nn'...

Just replace with compatible card...

Here if you mean this
