Don't see any problems in IOReg. Install the native dsdt, restart and verify sleep. Reply with result.

My motherboard doesn't require a DSDT, so I attached the IOReg without DSDT. Wake from sleep works with no issue, but of course I don't have HDMI audio at all.

Did you have iTunes, XBMC, Parallels, Chrome etc. running before you put the system to sleep? The experiment has to be the same with both dsdts to be valid. Attach the HDMI audio edited dsdt and the sleep working dsdt.

Yes I did make sure to have the apps running before sleep. Attached is a zip that has the original dsl file (GTX660.dsl) without any patch and the edited dsdt file (dsdt.aml).

I have three displays connected to GTX660 - two monitors and one TV. I think it's not only the wake from sleep, it's something related to one or all displays power on and off. You know when a display is powered on or off, all of the other displays turn into full screen blue color for several seconds, and then return to normal. Sometimes the issue happens right there, when I turn on/off the TV, after the flash, Windows in Parallels will prompt something like the sound device is no longer available, and shortly after that the apps I listed, system preference, the sound botton on the menubar will all freeze. Sleep is a special case that all displays are off and on again.

I don't have this issue when running the system without a dsdt.
