Great looking case mod... Any chance that the Corsair Hydro Series H60 cooler (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181030) could be used to replace the existing 120mm fan? The specs show that the rad is 27mm and the fan is 25mm. I can't tell from any photo I can find if there is room between the power supply and the top of the case for this set up.

Thanks!

No space at the top. You could put the cooler at the front and do away with the hard drive rack to make room. If you use SSDs there is not much need for the hard drive rack. Say one SSD for the system and one 3.5 inch 4 TB hard drive on the bottom panel.

Just a thought.

That would work well for the rad and also remove the restriction regarding the power supply length. Thanks!

The Lian Li chassis front had only a illuminated power switch. I drew up this panel using Front Panel Express supplied software and purchased the panel ready to use with shipping for $31.
The panel is 2mm black anodized aluminum and near perfect upon arrival.

The panel provides mounting for 4 USB 2 ports, 2 USB 3 ports, the power switch and a disk activity LED/Light pipe (light green). While I had the power switch out I inserted a bit of black plastic to defuse the blue led somewhat.

Hello,

I know this is a pretty old thread but I would like to know if you still had the file of that front panel for the Lian Li PC-Q25 box and if so if you could share it.

I would like to add a front panel myself.

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Cheers.

polanskiman I am sorry as I can not find a copy of the Front Panel Express design file for this project.

Good modding,

Hi Neil,

Thanks for looking. I was just trying to save some time. Well I guess it's time to make my hands dirty.

Have you seen those Cylinder "Pi" PC cases? Im looking around for a way to fit a working hack into one of these
