My Journey From and Back to OS X

Recently you may have noticed that I resumed making posts on here, after stopping for several months.

Starting in about October, I had an itch for gaming. And when one of my friends had a 560Ti for sale, I immediatly bought it and ran an SLi setup. Of course SLi doesn't work in OS X, so I switched to Windows 8.

But recently, I grew tired of windows 8. The look and feel isn't my cup of tea, and linux's gaming support (although growing) still isn't as strong as OS X's. So I started saving up and bought a new 3570K and 680 so I could run ML without any issues.

And that's just what I did.

I am now happy running OS X again, playing Borderlands 2 and the Witcher 2.


Sorry for my sin , and I hope I'm still accepted. I'm so happy to be back.

Hehe, welcome back.

I've been a Mac user for a long time (pre OSX) but since my hackintoshing began I'm surprised how often I now find myself in Windows 7....

...playing games!

For everything else I'm still happy in Mac-land...

I to am an OS X user for everything, even some games as they slowly gain support (besides Blizzard as they always loved OS X)

But I game with all others in Windows, that is why I love my hackintosh, best of both worlds.

Interesting read, I just have to figure out how to set my steam folder to my HDD (not my ssd), because I moved the app onto that drive, but in steam it shows the total disk space of my ssd. I don't wanna use that space for games. lol
