Please help deciding on these two Graphics Cards

Hello, I am building a computer for someone and I have everything I need to order figured out. My only question is about the Graphics. Is it better to go with the GFX 550 ti or the 650 ti? the 650 ti has better looking specs on everything except the memory is 128-bit where as the 550 ti has 192-bit and lower specs. this system is going to dual boot with windows for gaming, which one will handle games better? thank you!

in gaming high resolution is '' important '' , then go for GTX 550 ti
