I've attached mine to this post and also to the original post.

Your SSDT has a typo...

Package (0x06)

0x000493E0,
0x0A,
0x0A,
0x2E00,
0x2F00

when i overclock my uefi gigabyte board.. everything works fine except, i get cmos reset on waking from sleep..

is there any remedy for this? i tried ml appleRTC.kext patching. did not work..

anyone?

also, when i overclock my system, cmos reset happens not otherwise.. i am using the ssdt and guide given in this very thread..

Quick question, without an SSDT, am I missing out on better power management options? Is my computer just running at 3.4 gigahertz the whole time? I have a basic install that I'm just now happy with, and I'd like to experiment with more advanced options. I don't really care about overclocking.

Also, what are the chances that using an SSDT will get sleep/wake working?

Thought I'd report my findings on 10.7.4...After following all the steps in the thread (SSDT, Bios Turbo settings, etc), I was still stuck on only 1600/3300 Mhz according to HWMonitor. I finally had to disable EIST in order to get my 1600/4200 Mhz overclock and 2-state CPU timings back.

Note that this was the behavior I had on the F10 bios (but with EIST enabled) before I changed the bios to UEFI. Now that it's working again I'm pretty hesitant to try ML 10.8.x!

Hello,

I'm trying to overclock mine i7 2600k but mine speedstep doesn't work :(
Last week I bought a GA-Z77X-UD5H and I'm using a i7 2600k CPU.

As SSDT I'm using the one from the first post. And in mine Boot.plist I've set DropSSDT=Yes.
But it doesn't work :'( (see attachment)

Does somebody know how I can fix this problem?

Many thanks!

**** Edit: ****
Problem solved!!
I forgot to remove the NullCPUPowerManagement kext.

My geekbench score 64 bit is: 15545 :D

Hey Guys
the SSDT helped finally to get my i7 2600k running at 4.6GHZ (Geekbench 16050). But my ML won't sleep at all, have you the same problem?
If i try to sleep, the PC goes of and instant wake up again :/

Hi I'm looking to do the same as you did with your AGPM kext. How do I add a macmini 5,1 entry properly? I can't seem to figure it out ... btw i have a AMD HD6870 if that would make the process any different let me know

Thanks

Hello, is your MVP mainboard working with sleep/wake? If so, could you please show me how to do that?

I'm using the same board, but mine is not waking up from sleep.
