Hello Neil
Here my Mac Mini report.
Have a nice time.
P.S.: which Kernel do you use for this project?

The main thing that I see is that all of my ML installations are "OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)" while yours is "OS X 10.8.2 (12C54)" and different version numbers on several kexts. And the Kernel Version: Darwin 12.2.0 is the same on yours as mine. In summary nothing jumps out as being wrong.

This makes me wonder what your set up is on SSD/HDD. Please use the terminal app and do a "diskutil list" and copy the output to the posting (this is mine):

G4-Cube:~ neil$ diskutil list
/dev/disk0
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *250.1 GB disk0
1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS aMac1 83.4 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_HFS aMac2 83.4 GB disk0s3
4: Apple_HFS aMac3 82.7 GB disk0s4
/dev/disk1
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk1
1: EFI 209.7 MB disk1s1
2: Apple_HFS Data 350.0 GB disk1s2
3: Apple_HFS TimeMachine 149.6 GB disk1s3
G4-Cube:~ neil$

And I am booting to the "aMac1" partition. And note that when you save the posting, the white space in the listing is removed so it will look compact as mine does.

ultrapatch - I do not understand why your system is not booting from the hard drive.

If this was my system, I would use a spare drive to hack around with as follows:

Partition the spare drive into several small partitions of 30GB (at least two partitions) so you can clone both ways.

I would download the latest ML package from the AppStore.

Use all the latest tools from TonyMacX86 (it appears that you already have them).

Install to the first partition and first boot the new installation using the USB installer. Run only Easybeast first time around.

Eject the USB and reboot to the hard drive... this is where you have a problem.

Then if the system still goes into black screen of death or KPs or just halts before reaching the desktop;
I would reboot using the USB installer.

Clone partition one to partition two using Superduper!.

Install Kext Wizard.app and ShowAllFiles.app and set show all files.

I would copy the /Extra (in total) from the USB installer to your root replacing your original /Extra directory.

And run KextWizard to repair permissions and rebuild caches.

Eject the USB installer and reboot.

This is the TEST... does it boot from the hard drive?

If yes then you can start removing things from the /Extra folder and rebooting until you find the key item that is causing the boot issue. (Note that the /Extra is unusual in that it contain a /Extensions sub directory that you will want to remove; however you may need to keep it for now and remove one kext at a time from it.)

If the system still does not boot... well I am out of ideas, and your are stuck with the USB device to boot.

And remember to clone your good progress to partition number 2 so you have a fall back.

Good luck and let me know if you try the above and how it turns out.

TEST done, but no luck, my friend. :(
Do you have the same BIOS version? (ver. .0043). Maybe there's any issue on my BIOS configuration.....
I've tried with Xmove but no luck at all.... the same black screen..... :(

4) Insert the USB stick into a USB 2.0 port and boot and install onto PC

Making a large HD (greater than 1TB) bootable (not needed if HD is 1TB or less)
[ I did not do this as my drives were under 1TB ]
---------------------------------------------
5) If installing onto a HD that is over 1TB, do the following:
XX) Reboot the USB stick, and choose to boot into the Lion installation.

XX) Open up System Profiler and determine the install drive's BSD Name.

1) Reboot the USB stick and choose USB

2) Run Disk Utility and unmount the drive you installed OS Lion on.

3) Get the drive device name of your target volume from Disk Utility by selecting the volume and clicking Info.
*** Make VERY certain that you are looking at the correct volume ***

4) Launch Terminal and execute the following command:
dd if=/Volumes/USB/usr/standalone/i386/boot1h of=/dev/disk0s2
NOTE: (replace "USB" with your actual volume name of your UniBeast volume)
(replace "disk0s2" with your unix drive name... looked up in System Profiler/Serial-ATA...BSD Name)

NOTE: If you get a "Resource Busy" error, you forgot step 4 (Unmount!)

5) Quit Terminal

---------------------------------------------
6) Reboot the USB stick, and choose to boot into the Mountain Lion Installation.

8) Using Safari on the install, Download and Run MultiBeast (or have it ready on the USB stick)
Use MultiBeast 5.0.2 to install the following

- EasyBeast (installs Chimera 1.11
EvOReboot.kext
FakeSMC.kext
LegacyAppleRTC.kext
AppleRTC.kext
JMicron36xATA.kext
JMicronATA.kext
ACHI3rdParty.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext

- Kexts & Enablers/Network/hnak's Apple1000eEthernet
- System Profile Mac Mini
- Hardware temp monitors
- Realtek ALC8XX/Without DSDT/ALC892

*** if system hangs, then reboot using -v GraphicsEnabler=No and install the System Profile Mac Mini. (Press down arrow at boot time)

9) Reboot, Set Boot order in BIOS
