Kernel panic at boot after mountain lion Install

Hey. Earlier I upgraded my Hackintosh from OSX Lion 10.7.3 to OSX Mountain Lion using the unibeast 1.5 guide on here. Everything went ok during the install process until I had to reboot. After rebooting I always get a kernel panic at the white apple screenand cannot get my mac beyond this point. I have tried safe mode and I've checked Bios. I've run in verbos and took a photo.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

I am getting this as well. I am using a GTX670, is the OP using the 670, too?

looks like your going to need to use nullcpupowermanagment. Though you should also try booting with -f as many people are having issues with the kernelcache.

You have a HPET error.

Have you activated HPET64 in your bios?

Mountain Lion requires 64bit environments only; all 32 bit kexts (this includes bios settings as HPET, or 32hpet-kexts alone) will result in a KP.

Please remove/disable all 32bit kexts/extensions until your install boots again.

Thanks for the replys. My hardware specs are:

Motherboard - Asus Sabertooth X58
CPU: Intel I7 970 Hexacore
Graphics: Asus NVidia GTX 550Ti
Primary Drive: Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD
Secondary Drive: WD 1TB
RAM: 16GB 1600 MHZ G.Skill Ripjaws

I have tried booting with -f and nothing has changed. also i dont know if i have HPET 64 enabled, i cant find it anywhere in the bios. i read somewhere that you cant access HPET in Asus bios anymore. ''To my understanding, ASUS has removed the HPET 32/64 bit {ON} options and by default it is Disabled and no accessible.'' somebody else on the same post said ''On this mainboard, HPET is enabled by setting ACPI 2.0 to enabled in the bios'' I tried this and still no change. This is for the Asus rampage III but im sure we would share similar bios. Link to topic here :

Also how can i find and remove any 32bit Kexts?

3,38 GHz Intel Core i7
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5
GeForce GTX 480 1536 MB
Memoria 16 GB 1079 MHz DDR3
