Hi Podoboy,
I am looking at your files now. Can you also go back into DSDTse and extract the other files that also have "SSDT" in their name - there are probably for instance SSDT-1, SSDT-2 etc. Usually the native P-state information for your processor will be in one of those files, so it'd be good to see what is there instead of just putting in a generic p-state info for an i5/i7 (it is likely the Xeon has different info).
Thanks,

EDIT: In the meantime I am attaching two files for you. The first is your DSDT with just the remarks and warnings fixed and the second has my p-states added in to the Scope (_PR) section. You can try this and see if it does give you good p-states, but I definitely recommend we try and find what ones are in your own tables....

Thanks Minihack for your superb helps. Let me try once I back to home and post the result. and let me try to get the SSDT-1/2 as well. (actually, I don't know how to use DSDTse and get the SSDT-1,2.. let me try to learn..hope there are easy/direct menu :- below is my imagination/wish at this time at work)

Open my original DSDT.aml (or you fixed(remarks/warning fixed) one via DSDTse and Extract SSDT-1/2 like this.. (wish that easy...)

I think that I should use aida to get the proper SSDT1/2~~ in windows. Let me follow this process. thanks.

In DSDTse:

Press menu that says: "Select...."
Choose table you want.
Press "Extract table".

It does not get easier than that.

I heard that dsdt extract matter can't be correct on mac. but It's ok. I will follow your guide. and I ust want to make sure...Please help to correct me below if I'm wrong..

(1) Put the DSDT(my original one) and Put it into /Extra
(2) Reboot
(3) No boot error and lunch the DSDT SE
(4) -> Choose table -> SSDT1/SSDT2 -> Extract table -> Save

I've attached the SSDT file. Hope I did correctly. meanwhile I will get back to you on the P-state result soon.

Thank you.

Hi Minihack

I have just got the progress like below with your p-state patched one

MSRDUMP : 16 29 35 36 37.

Now I have 5 numbers. and I did below

Double Click your patched DSDT.AML and Open DSDTSE automatically

=> In the compile Menu : Click the Compile (auto checked autofix errors/fixes report)
=> Click the Gimme my DSDT
=> Move it the DSDT.AML to /Extra folders

Thanks and wating your advice on this.

Hi Podoboy.
There was no need for you to compile the DSDTs I sent you as they were already compiled - you just had to re-name to DSDT. From what you said, you are using "DSDT Editor" and not "DSDTse". Here is a link to DSDTse:
http://www.osx86.es/old/?p=610
DSDT editor is not the same, it is an automatic editor, here though we are trying to do things just one change at a time.

Hi minihack.

Yes. I changed but...No surprise here. I got the same result.
kernel[0]: MSRDumper PStatesReached: 16 29 35 36 37

so, Would you help and see my SSDT to see the part that you mentioned ?

PS. and I saw the link and pic. I'm using same one.

Podoboy,

Try the attached.

There is no need to re-compile it, just unzip and put it in the Extra folder.

Also got to org.chameleon.Boot.plist in the Extra folder, open it with text editor and add these lines to it if they are not there already:

<key>DropSSDT</key>
<string>Yes</string>

Also make sure in that plist it says:

<key>GeneratePstates</key>
<string>No</string>

This will then try to make sure that the system uses your pstates and not ones generated automatically by Chimera.

Hope this works okay.
