One issue is that the CPU is a Ivy bridge unit - the best CPU to use to get SL up and running on this Board would be a Sandy Bridge - But you could try
If you could turn off the internal video for this MB then it might help.
You will need to use some startup switches to get the iBoot to load
-x -v -f acpi=off PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No

make sure your bios matchs - settings ahci hpet S3 - and that your downloaded dsdt file version matches your installed bios version - very important. You will need the dsdt file update helper multibeast all on a usb thumb drive

How to due a sandybridge cpu w compatable hardware OSX hack 10.6.8 build. jester969
Typical installation steps are:
1) iBoot + Disk Utility + install Snow Leopard DVD (perform install via DVD) reboot
you want to use the startup switches here
2) iBoot + Installed OSX HDD (boot with iBoot and loading OS via newly installed HDD) - get welcome screen ( if you used the -x startup switch no welcome screen)
3) Run Update Helper and Reboot? (use the -v -f PCRootUID=0)
4) iBoot + Installed OSX HDD, run combo update 10.6.8 , DO NOT reboot
5) Run Multibeast and select the options which are required to your board - sound network and System Utilties all options.
6) Reboot w/out iBoot (use the -v -f PCRootUID=0)
Audio/Ethernet/DSDT
DSDT and BIOS firmware must match to the corresponding number.

Try and report back ... if you have issues then its the IVY CPU and you should see if you can borrow a Sandy Bridge CPU for OSX10.6 then once you make that USB you can swap out the CPU's and install OSX 10.8 you will not go back to 10.6 w that IVY CPU - also if you want you can download the Apple update 10.6.6 inorder to get to OSX LION or ML as that is the minimum level to do it.
