Today MacMan updated Chimera to version 1.11.1, fixing the default injection settings for Ivy Bridge Intel HD 4000 onboard graphics. Special thanks to toleda for finding the correct framebuffer.

There is a standalone installer now available at tonymacx86.com/downloads. This new version will be included in MultiBeast 5.0.0.

If you have Bug Reports or Feature Requests, please let us know in the Chimera section of the forum. Enjoy!

Should you update to the latest version(s) if you don't have anything the changes fix? Or just leave it because it works fine?

This update only changes the default HD4000 frame buffer. So unless you are having issues there is no need to.

That's what I figured. Thank you.

Nice one... any ETA on Multibeast 5 yet? Wondering whether the try and push on with the older version, and attempt to fix issues as I find them, or hold off...

Thanks. Works with dual monitors out of the box now! Still not able to rotate both (1200x1920) monitors though (tried hdmi + dvi and displayport + dvi). When attempting this and rebooting, one monitor stays white (only shows the mouse pointer on that monitor). Unplugging and replugging cable does not help (this give a scrambled second screen instead of a white screen).

GREAT, THANKS TOLEDA, THANKS MACMAN, THANKS TONY.
New Chimera 1.11.1 fixed my brand new HTPC build with GA-B75M-D3P MB. I can confirm that display port and HDMI are working very good, with great monitor default resolution. I'll be trying DVI later. I only have to enable HDMI audio out. Thanks again
