Hi guys!

I installed Ventura on a Z270-P board, paired with 6700K CPU, and a RX 5700XT card.
Got a genuine Apple airport card on a PCI-E adapter, and am genuinely very happy with the build, considering it to become my daily driver.

I have an issue, though with the SMBIOS. I was going to use iMac17,1, however, Apple have decided it is not worthy of Ventura - and so the installer would not run. iMac18,3 might be well suited I suppose, but iMacPro1,1 has the same gen (Skylake) CPU - rather than Kaby Lake so I went with that.

The system is responsive and the hardware works, but I have not been able to generate a working serial number yet using GenSMBIOS.
I have tried upwards of 100 serials and I either get an existing machine on apple's page, or an "Invalid serial" prompt. I used to get a prompt of the likeness of "We cannot verify ..... " with previous builds - which would indicate the serial number is valid. Has that changed?

I'd like to make a golden build out of this with 100% working hardware and software. Should I just keep trying, or do you think I should use another SMBIOS? ... or another tool to generate it?
