Installation restarts after reboot

Hi everyone!
During the installation of macOS Monterey, the computer goes to reboot (as it should), but after it the installation starts again. After each reboot, I go to the macOS Recovery window. I'm use Opencore 0.8.3. EFI folder attached.
Someone faced a similar problem? Thanks in advance.

Are you using a discrete GPU ? The UHD730 is not supported in macOS.

It's not about that. I have the same problem with radeon video card.

Then add the GPU to your hardware Profile or no-one will know.

Okay, the Radeon 5750 will not be supported in Monterey. You may get non-accelerated output from it.

Looking at your config.plist I can see a few problems:

Does your motherboard support Thunderbolt 4 connectivity? You have SSDTs activated.
Your motherboard is not a Gigabyte Z590i Vision D - The USB Map will be wrong.
You seem not to have an RX 6900 XT graphics card - so no need for an SSDT.
The Device-ID for your UHD 730 graphics is 8086-4C8B, NOT as you have included in DeviceProperties.
The Cpuid1Data spoof being used is not relvant to your Intel CPU. Perhaps try 0x0906E0 (Comet Lake), or even 0x0806EA (Coffee Lake).
To install Monterey you should set the SecureBootModel to "Disabled". You can return it to Default if you wish, once installed. This may or may not work.
Your boot commands are not all relevant for your hardware:
agdpmod=pikera keepsyms=1 -lilubetaall e1000=0 -v -debug=0x100 -f
Keep only the highlighted ones to start with. The e1000-0 item is related to Ethernet and might be needed later.
