zip and upload your EFI

Thanks you Feartech for taking up my case.
your OpenRuntime.efi is dated 17th July 2022

but your OpenCore.efi and BOOTx64.efi is dated 6th June 2022

they should be the same date, when you upgrade opencore, you should use the same versions

also missing your device properties:

Code:
<key>DeviceProperties</key>
    <dict>
        <key>Add</key>
        <dict/>
        <key>Delete</key>
        <dict/>
    </dict>

CPUFriend doesn't work on its own, also you should create your own after installation

your boot arguments:
-v keepsyms=1 -v keepsyms=1 alcid=1 debug=0x100 -wegnoegpu swd_panic=1 -lilubetaall

should only need to be:
-v keepsyms=1 debug=0x100 -wegnoegpu for installation

best to use the files from:
and make your needed changes from post 2
pay special attention to post 2 at the top in regards to Dell systems

and you would be better using Catalina first so you can setup your USB ports correctly and then upgrade to Ventura after

Thanks you Feartech for taking up my case.
you're using a bunch of outdated kext. hibernation fix and a few others. voodoo input kext should load before the the keyboard and mouse controller. you should NOT be using USBInject all kext. you need to map your USB ports.

Success!!! Dell Inspiron 17 7779 intel 7th gen Kaby lake macOS Ventura beta. Thanks to everyone who responded. I tried many configuration and was reading Dortania guide this entire time but at last it installed. I removed my posted EFI and
I make a new EFI config from OC 8.3 EFI maker and left most things default.
Changes from 1st posted EFI folder:

ACPI - resetLogostatus=false
Removed all kexts and downloaded lilu, virtualSMC whatrvergreen Voodoo p2Controrller and AppleALC
Misc-boot-Picker attributes =1
Platforminfo Model lookup =MacbookPro14,2
UEFI Graphicsinputmirroring=False
UEFI-ProtocolOverides- Firmware Volume = False
In settings the trackpad icon and settings seems missing. Having issues left clicking on laptop mouse pad. Any comments is helpful.Thank you.
