This worked for me, turned off bluetooth and added the Alpha version of the Airportitlm.kext to support Ventura. OC version 8.3 with Lilu.kext 16.2

Remember we are in Beta country now, I'd assume it will work and may only require updating the AppleALC.kext which I didn't do. Did you try that yet? I also didn't check if it was working on mine which I will do next.

Replace this version of the kext in your EFI and report back, it worked for me.

Right, none of the kexts are enabled, I mentioned that in my first response that it was turned off. You can try enabling them but the system was unstable when I tried them.

This seems to fix bluetooth, replace the existing kext with this and make sure it and bluetoothfirmware.kext and turned on in the config.plist.
