I'm having problems with my Mac. Some features in system preferences are greyed out (as you can see in the picture). I am the administrator on my system and yet I'm unable to access these features. I've been looking on the Internet and I can't find anything related to my problem. Any help would...

This looks promising. Curiously, I don't seem to have any of these files or directories.
Typing in Terminal either of these results in nothing (they do not exist)
defaults read com.apple.systempreferences DisabledPreferencePanes
defaults read /Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences DisabledPreferencePanes
I also don't seemed to have a "Managed Preferences" directory anywhere.
Daven@TARDIS ~ % ls {~/,/,/System/}Library/Managed\ Preferences/
ls: /Library/Managed Preferences/: No such file or directory
ls: /System/Library/Managed Preferences/: No such file or directory
ls: /Users/Daven/Library/Managed Preferences/: No such file or directory
Nor do I have any of these files:
ManagedInstalls.plist
com.apple.MCXBluetooth.plist
com.apple.MCX.plist
com.apple.MCXAirPort.plist
com.apple.loginwindow.plist
Although I do have this:
com.apple.loginwindow.plist~orig
But I think it's located in the equivalent of relocated system junk drawer:
/Users/Shared/Previously Relocated Items/Configuration/Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow.plist~orig
Maybe the lack of this directory and/or (some of) these files is the problem?
