Finally we can buy a natively supported macOS Monterey card for under $400. These are energy efficient and quiet. Have only a 170W TDP. A nice upgrade from an RX 570/580 card that is now about 5 years old. Should have macOS support for quite a few more years. Only 9.45 inches long (240mm) so it will fit in most cases. Will not work with Big Sur or older macOS versions.

Use the 30 dollar off promo code you'll see on Newegg's site.

Not sure if this is the same card, but it is available on Amazon.co.uk for £366.62.

Both cards have the same RDNA2 Navi 23 chip. Differences are primarily in higher clocks of the GPU and ram for the 6600 XT. The non-XT version sells for $344 here in the US. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09JHRQY4Y/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

The RX 6600 XT delivers 32 compute units compared to the 28 of the RX 6600. It also has better clock speeds across the board, with the RX 6600 XT a 2359MHz game frequency and up to 2589MHz boost frequency. The RX 6600 clocks in at 2044MHz and up to 2491MHz, respectively. There is also faster RAM with the RX 6600 XT. It's capable of 16Gbps speeds and has a memory bandwidth of up to 256 GB/s, compared to 14Gbps and up to 224 GB/s on the RX 6600.

Expect a difference in performance of between 10 and 15 percent for the two cards. AFAIK the 6600 non-XT should also work in a hackintosh with some minor tweaks to the config.plist.

Should work with just "agdpmod=pikera" boot-arg.

does this card work with just adgpmod boot arg, and no need for device spoofing, or acpi tables ?

Yes, has native support in Monterey. Just like the RX 6800XT does.

On my visit to Micro Center this morning, these prices were updated 30 minutes ago. A lot of Miner cards being returned.
