Hello,

I am trying to install on a new Hackintosh. The desktop is Asus Model:G15CE-B11, which comes with an Asus Rog Strix B560-G motherboard.
The CPU is 11700KF, and I replace the GPU from 3080 to RX 6600.

Another issue is that even though the motherboard is B560-G, I cannot update bios with B560-G's bios file, because there is bios for G15CE desktop.

I tried with an 11th gen opencore config template from GitHub and also build a configure from scratch.

Both of them loop printing the same information after I choose the install Monterey option in opencore (I attached the photo).

Some questions / suggestions:

• Which WiFi/BT module do you have?
• Try adding BlueToolFixup.kext to Kernel section of config.plist and copy the kext to EFI/OC/Kexts folder. This kext is located in the BrcmPatchRam package on Acidanther's GitHub page.
• Also try adding SSDT-RHUB.aml to ACPI section of config.plist and copy the SSDT to EFI/OC/ACPI folder. This file is attached.
• Also add SMCProcessor.kext and SMCSuperIO.kext from the VirtualSMC package. Not critical, but should be done.

Currently, it is the intel card that comes with the desktop. I tried both enabling and disabling Bluetooth and WIFI in bios, still shows the same issue. I bought a FENVI-T919 which is on the way.

I added BlueToolFixup.kext, SMCProcessor.kext and SMCSuperIO.kext.

Also updated the SSDT-RUB.aml with the one you uploaded.

Now not show the loop printing the same information, but stuck for a few seconds (left), then the screen changes to the second one with an icon, the text can be showing correctly (right).

The last line in the second screenshot appears to say Still waiting for root device. This means the USB flash drive is connected to a USB port that has become disabled. Move the USB flash disk to a different port and reboot. Keep doing this and one of the USB ports should work...

I tried all the USB A port shows the same error except that the USB-A on the front panel cannot detect drives.

I am going to try another Sandisk USB drive, currently used Samsung flash drive that was using for Z690 Aero G

You need a flash drive no bigger than 32GB in size, otherwise it's ot recognised.

There is usually a "No.1" USB port which manufacturers include on every modern motherboard so that a keyboard can connect to the BIOS. It always used to be USB2 port near to the, then common, PS/2 port but nowadays, in my experience, it can be one of the red ports which are the USB-A above USB-C on your back-panel, or the USB-C itself.

Anyway, what @CaseySJ told you, the "Still Waiting for Root Device" error is a sign that during the boot process your USB Memory stick became de-activated. It will have worked in BIOS but during macOS boot gets turned-off until the OS is fully loaded. But it can't get the that state when it has been de-activated.

So - either smaller USB stick if yours is over 32GB
Or find the No. USB port to boot from.

If you can't find it then perhaps consider installing the USBInjectAll.kext in the EFI kext folder of your installer. This has a 50-50 chance of working.

My Samsung drive is 32GB, I just created a new installer using a 16GB Sandisk. If still not working, I will try to get a USB C drive or an adapter.

Disable SSDT-RHUB and tried 16GB Drive with the red ports USB-A above USB-C on my back-panel, still same error, not find USB device. I will get an adapter or USB C drive to test it today.

I just tried all the USB A ports and USB C ports with an adapter (Sandisk 16GB Drive).
Still showing the same error.
